As a certified transformational coach and mental health support provider, working with NDIS participants, we've identified the gaps between community participation, and actually developing independence to be able to confidently make your own social connections.
Instead of online programs that can't produce live dynamics , we specifically focus on training the core skill of building social confidence and ability so that you can make your own connections, without having to rely on others.

How to get started with Socialwise
Stage 1. Get your NDIS Intro Pack
- Get your free Intro pack from the Download button here or the link at the top of this page.
- Read the intro pack & check suitability.
- Leave your contact details so we can follow up.
Stage 2. Application & Questionnaire.
- Follow the steps in the Intro pack checklist.
- Return the completed Application & Questionnaire with your NDIS facilitator to ndis@socialwise.com.au - from the Apply button here.
3. Discovery Call.
- Get your NDIS facilitator to book a Discovery Call so we can discuss your application - from the Discovery Call button here.
- We'll send out a detailed Procedure Pack.
4. Self managed? Message us.
- If you're self managed or don't have an NDIS facilitator we can still work with you.
